Very nice and well put together! The only disappointment is that the pages are not made of fancier paper. It’s just the same paper material that is in regular books. I guess I expected thicker paper since I paid $16. I do love how when you start a new week it tells you the best time to journal which is good to know since every week the topic varies. I was disappointed I couldn’t find more pictures of the book online so here are some!

This book offers some great feelings for healing the soul, and daily inspirational quotes. Unfortunately, while there is plenty of writing space to record thoughts, the build of the book makes writing in it difficult. It's just one, single-bound thick paperback, which means you can't lay it flat enough to write very well in it without practically destroying the binding, and pages are likely to fall out in sections after a while the way they tend do do with that type of binding. I chose to return the item when I saw how the book was bound. This would have been much better published as a spiral-bound journal.

No complaints. My therapist recommended this for anxiety. I've been at it one week and I really enjoy the time it forces me to sit and process and be in the now instead of the worry that is anxiety. It gives plenty of space to write on each question. It's not demanding, I actually look forward to it. I wish that it were a hardcover as that would be easier to write in but other than that, it's great!

The printing of this book was completely off. The text was trimmed off substantially. I like to book but was really disappointed in the printing/cutting mistake. :(

I read the negative reviews & was a little hesitant, but the journal is exaclty what I expected & it works really nicely. It’s basically a large book (approx 8”x7”) but this provides enough space for one prompt per day. Additionally the paper quality is perfectly acceptable, the writing on the front of one page does not bleed to the back if writing in normal ballpoint pen (I’m not sure this would hold true with a marker). The fact that it is a book did not bother me, it opens wide & I can easily write in it without having to over bend & ruin the binding. Overall I am very pleased, especially for the price

I'm not impressed with the construction of the journal. While I liked the coated soft cover, a couple of pages were not fully bound and are bent and loose. It's a much thicker, and very wide-lined journal format than I anticipated. (It's bigger and heavier than I like to take with me in the suitcase on business travel, and even pretty big for the bedside table. That being said, the writing prompts have enough depth and openness to foster reflection and response. The message is great, the product quality needs some work.

Working through this journal has become a cherished part of my day. I have only recently started on a path of bringing mindfulness into my life, and I would never have thought of myself as “someone who journals”. However, I find the prompts in this journal to be very useful in encouraging me to be in the moment. Even though occasionally I will read a prompt and think that it is not inspiring to me, when I start to write the words just flow and I fill the whole page.I disagree with those who have complained about the quality of the materials of this book. While it is true that the paper is not a creamy smooth ‘journal’ paper and more of a thick ‘book’ paper, i find the experience of writing to be enjoyable (and there is no ink bleed). Also, I was surprised by the nice size of this book - there is plenty of room to really write about each topic.

Purchased this book after losing my mom. I need to write but was blocked.This book isn't as daunting as mindful meditation was for me. I'm truly enjoying this book.
