Well it a good book! Good variety of recipes. The only complaint I have is how they make it seem that the cooking is faster than what it is (like all instant pot recipes). While yes, you can set the timer for a 10 minute cook and quick release...it will take the pot 5-10 minutes to warm up and 2-5 minutes for quick release. I have made 3 of the recipes and they were easy to follow and turned out well. it's a great, detailed manual that walks a novice through every function of an Instant. I am looking forward to making more also. Lovely ! Great for me! Amazing
